BrCrafts initiated its activities in 1974. It has made artistic works of smelting, silversmithing, lapidation of minerals and silver work to corporate gifts, like souvenirs and jewelry. Their works are characterized as much by the manual elaboration in almost all the stages in lapidation of semiprecious stones (specially rodochrosite) like in the ample variety of spoons and letter openers destined to souvenirs, in which case enamels painted with vitrifyable painting are applied to them by hand, being this a unique and outstanding characteristic. In the case of the spoons, the handles are obtained by moulding and earth smelting, specially prepared to support the high temperatures of tapping that requires the niquel silver smelting.
After obtained the castings, it begins the process of roughdressing, grinding, weld, polished and finished with a silver bath, that since it is applied on a white metal, grants the quality that is required by our clients. To be an artisan process, the pieces are distinguished from the industrially produced ones. By to be well-known the work of the craftsman, small details own of the made job class are visible, that gives to each article the differentiated value that is appreciated by our clients
